Job summary
A leading hospitality firm in Bali is seeking a Public Relation Coordinator to enhance guest satisfaction through effective communication and relationship management. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least one year of experience in a similar role, preferably within the hospitality or lifestyle sector. The role requires expertise in media interactions as well as branding strategy development. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a creative and dynamic team.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position, preferably in hospitality or lifestyle industry.
- Creative, well-presented, and confident in public speaking and presentations.

The company specializes in full resort, beach club, complex villa management, restaurant management, spa management, concept consultation and architect & interior design with focusing on high rate of guest satisfaction, return on investment, branding and property maintenance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position, preferably in hospitality or lifestyle industry
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia (verbal and written)
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and external partners
- Experienced in drafting and distributing press releases, media monitoring, and event coordination
- Good understanding of branding strategies, publications, and digital & social media marketing
- Creative, well-presented, and confident in public speaking and presentations
- Able to work independently and as part of a team, with good multitasking and time management skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and result-driven
