Job description

• End-to-end product management such as Mobile App, Web App, CMS Extranet.
• Responsible to ensure that the product and features function well and able to assist business stakeholders if necessary.
• Analyze and monitor existing product's performance and customer data.
• Explore and discover initiatives and improvements for Apps/ products
• Collaborating with various, cross-functional teams (tech, marketing, design, customer service) in the development of new products or features launch.

Minimum Qualifications

• Excellent written and oral communication skills to communicate with stakeholders and prepare detailed user stories and documentations.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Ability to maintain a keen attention to detail, multitask and work well under pressure.
• Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with various and cross functional teams.
• Bachelor degree of equivalent degree (all majors) from reputable universities.
• Experience with SQL, Python, and any other statistical or data analysis tools will be a plus.
