A technology solutions provider in Jakarta Utara is seeking a Sales & Marketing Manager to develop sales strategies and lead a sales team. Candidates should have at least 8 years of experience in the IT industry, strong connections in government and enterprise sectors, and knowledge of effective sales methodologies. This role emphasizes market development, team leadership, and maintaining key client relationships, requiring strategic thinking and business English proficiency.
Develop sales strategy and targets and ensure excellence in executions and implementation for business growth and profitability.
Create and manage sales plans and budgets to ensure alignment with company goals.
Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities. Also responsible for market development and penetration.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team effectively to achieve established sales growth objectives and evaluate the performance of the sales team and marketing.
Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and strategic initiatives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive customer loyalty and retention.
Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive activities to make informed strategic decisions.
Have min 8 years’ experience in IT Industry as Manager Sales & Marketing or 3 years’ experience as GM/Head of Sales or/and Marketing.
Experience in Audio Visual or Interactive Display industry.
Have a lot of connections with all segments (BUMN, Government, Enterprise and Education) and market industries.
Understanding effective sales methodologies and strategies specific to IT products (e.g., solution selling, etc).
Knowledge of how the product integrates with other systems and technologies.
Understanding customer profiles (target customer segments, their needs/desires, behaviours and tendencies etc).
Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.
Business English proficiency.
