We are looking for an experienced Quality Control (QC) Supervisor to oversee quality assurance processes and ensure that our products meet the highest standards. This role involves supervising the QC team, implementing quality control procedures, and working closely with production teams to drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of the QC team to maintain product quality.

Implement and enforce quality control standards and procedures.

Conduct inspections, audits, and testing to ensure compliance with industry regulations.

Identify and resolve quality issues, ensuring corrective actions are implemented.

Train and mentor QC staff on quality standards and best practices.

Maintain accurate records of inspections, reports, and compliance documentation.

Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve processes and reduce defects.

Ensure workplace safety and adherence to company policies.

Requirements:

Proven experience in quality control, with supervisory or leadership experience.

Strong knowledge of quality standards, ISO regulations, and industry best practices.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Ability to manage a team and coordinate QC activities effectively.

Strong communication and leadership skills.

Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
