Adapt global content for Indonesian audiences while maintaining brand consistency.
Compliance & Analytics
Ensure all content complies with Indonesian regulations for vape advertising (e.g., age restrictions, health disclaimers).
Track video performance metrics (views, engagement, CTR) and iterate strategies based on data insights.
Partner with influencers, KOLs, and internal teams (product, sales) to generate UGC-style and promotional videos.
Requirements
Experience: 2+ years in short video production, preferably in vape, FMCG, or lifestyle industries.
Portfolio: Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in viral short-form video editing (include links to published work).
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar tools.
Basic motion graphics skills (e.g., After Effects, Canva).
Familiarity with TikTok/Instagram trends and analytics tools.
Language: Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (spoken and written).
Soft Skills: Storytelling ability, cultural awareness, and agility in a fast-paced environment.
