Job Responsibilities

Liaising and communicate closely with customer, project team members, delivery partners, vendors, and cross‑functional teams and organization.

Interact with technical and business to determine project requirements.

Manages one or more projects for all system deliverables, checkpoints, and quality.

Prepare project plans, schedule, resources, and budget.

Execute and monitor project plans and provide status reports to customers and management.

Perform project closure activities upon completion by providing reports, evaluations, and recommended solutions to enhance efficiency for future projects.

Evaluate and resolve any discrepancies and problems arising during project execution.

Act as point of contact for the customer and the management team.

Assist in developing business proposals in terms of preparation, presentation, and follow‑up.

Maintain and service existing clients to identify business opportunities within the customer organization.

Job Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any field.

English speaking is required.

At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Required skills: Business Intelligence, IT, Marketing Banking, Business Development.

Preferably a Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.

Strong understanding of IT e‑commerce, payment, and banking requirements with strong presentation and demonstration skills to both business and technical audiences – excellent written and oral communication skills and well organized.

Working location: Central Jakarta, Nearby St. Sudirman.
