Job description

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (e.g., Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Retrospective) to ensure productivity and effectiveness.
• Coach the Development Team and Product Owner on best practices of Agile and Scrum methodology, promoting self-organization and cross-functionality.
• Proactively identify, address, and remove obstacles and impediments that hinder the team's progress.
• Strong communication, coordination, and collaboration among team members, as well as with external stakeholders and management.
• Drive continuous improvement within the team and project processes, ensuring adherence to Agile principles (Scrum/Kanban).
• Track and report on key Agile metrics (e.g., velocity, burn‑down charts) to provide transparency on project progress.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience working as a dedicated Scrum Master.
• Strong professional experience in IT projects, software development, or acting as a dedicated support member within an Agile team.
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1), preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Deep understanding of core Agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban) and their practical application.
• Experienced in using project and Agile management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Microsoft Planner.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Must be able to join immediately (ASAP).
