In this role, you will lead problem-solving processes and strategy design focused on improving demand and growth metrics for GoFood. You will focus on increasing demand within the affluent segments of GoFood, scouting for growth opportunities, recommending product and marketing strategies, and tracking key growth metrics.

• Drive growth and monetization of the GoFood Affluent segment by analyzing user-partner interactions using Gojek’s extensive data.
• Lead end-to-end strategy execution: develop hypotheses, run A/B tests, craft product, incentive, or campaign strategies, and report key metrics to stakeholders.
• Act as a strategic thought partner, uncovering insights to identify root causes and opportunities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Business, Product, Marketing, Regional, Research, and Intelligence teams to address user pain points and implement solutions.
• Conduct competitive benchmarking with local and international counterparts to inform strategy.

• For those with a BI/business analytics background eager to become a business decision-maker, this is for you!
• BS/MS in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Economics, Statistics, Business Analytics, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in Business Analytics, Business Intelligence, Strategy and Planning, or Growth.
• Hypothesis-driven thinking and comfort manipulating large datasets.
• Ability to uncover narratives and relationships behind data and communicate insights effectively.
• Strong knowledge of SQL/BigQuery and A/B testing; basic understanding of analytic and database tools like Tableau is desirable.
• A proactive, team-oriented attitude with project management skills to handle projects and collaborate effectively.

From suggesting the best late-night meals to offering localized promotions, we aim to extend product value through data and marketing solutions.

The GoFood Growth pod comprises over 50 members with diverse roles. We learn from each other and collaborate across teams—from Product Managers and Data Scientists to Operations. We enjoy a fun, dynamic environment, often spending time playing Among Us or Avalon together.
