JOB OVERVIEW

Under direct supervision, the Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for ensuring that all products, materials, and production processes meet established quality standards and brand specifications. Incumbent will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to detect, report, and correct defects or inconsistencies, helping to maintain and enhance the reputation of our brand. This position will assist in creating reports on all findings to the QA Head/Supervisor or Head Quarter members as requested. Additional activities include new assignments to support QA initiatives and assisting the QA Head and Supervisor in root cause analysis and corrective action for routine and non‑routine problems.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Product
  • Permanent on-site control quality output throughout product review meeting, inline inspection and final inspection for sample and bulk orders base on given quality requirements.
  • Identify quality issues and work with cross‑functional teams to investigate root causes and implement corrective actions with factories
  • Identifying, organizing, and summarizing evidence to support conclusions about compliance with standards (such as PCPs) to QA Head and Supervisor.
  • Maintain accurate and complete quality records, inspection reports, and non‑conformance reports.
  • Be responsible for the data collection, reporting and analysis of defects.
  • Participate in development stages (Proto, SMS, PPM,..) to support in product risk mitigation.
  • Manage the maintenance & updates of product quality standards, documentation, and physical samples.
Process
  • Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with the brand standards.
  • Participate or implement routine quality process audits to assess quality system risks of factories and follow‑up with their CAP.
  • Train and validate factory inspectors (CFA) & follow‑up their performance.
  • Liaise with his/her supervisor and Headquarter, monitor vendors/factories’ performance through analysis of statistical data. Work out corrective action plan for immediate improvement.
Problem‑Solving
  • Work closely with Sourcing/Development/Engineer teams to resolve quality issues and implement improvements.
  • Participate in process improvements, internal and external.
  • Assist with customer complaint investigations and provide feedback to relevant departments.
Team missions
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and procedures
  • Assist in training/coaching other team members in process/product audit methods, skills, and knowledge.
  • Support QA Leaders on data collecting, data entry, and data analysis.
  • Maintain accurate and in‑time daily inspection data into the relevant quality systems.
  • Assist management in other related projects as requested.
TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)
  • Minimum 5 years professional experience in a comparable position.
  • Strong technical product knowledge (apparel quality/development, testing, paper pattern, size grading, fit, garment construction & production, etc.).
  • Proficiency in production and quality processes.
  • Strong experience with assessing product quality and the capabilities of vendors.
  • Organized and diligent work habits.
  • High degree of flexibility and good communication with internal / external business partners.
  • Good command of spoken and written English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
