Job description

The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing media plans, creating and managing advertising campaigns, conducting research, and integrating new media strategies.

Plan and manage media campaigns (digital-first, with exposure to TV/OOH a plus).

Set up and optimise ads across Meta, Google, TikTok (DV360 or programmatic plus).

Collaborate with creative, digital, and marketing teams to align campaign direction.

Monitor performance, analyse results, and recommend improvements.

Develop campaign strategies based on research, surveys, audience insights, competitors and cultural trends.

Stay updated with market trends, new ad tools, and consumer behaviour shifts.

Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in digital media or ad management.

Hands‑on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads (basic programmatic is a plus). E‑commerce ads.

Strong analytical skills: ability to interpret data and translate into insights.

Good knowledge of campaign measurement & reporting tools (Excel, Sheets, Data Studio/Looker).

Excellent communication skills (Bahasa & English).

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field.

Creative and critical thinker, able to challenge ideas and propose fresh solutions.

Experience in a digital or creative agency is a plus.
