Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and manage Lean Six Sigma projects from start to finish, using DMAIC or DMADV methodologies.
- Conduct process mapping, root cause analysis, and data analysis to identify inefficiencies and performance gaps.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities and implement change.
- Use statistical tools such as Minitab, Excel, or JMP to analyze process performance and variability.
- Facilitate Kaizen events, Value Stream Mapping and other continuous improvement activities.
- Train and mentor Green Belts, Yellow Belts, and project team members.
- Report on project progress, ROI, and KPIs to stakeholders and leadership.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Ensure alignment of projects with organizational goals and strategic objectives.
- The subject matter expert in Lean Six Sigma training development and consultant to other department on tool application.
Qualifications
Required
- Minimum 5 years in Lean Six Sigma coaching and/or project leader.
- Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent certification or experiences with proven success story.
- Strong background in electronics/semiconductor operation.
Preferred
- Minimum degree holder in any field. Added advantages if experienced in facilitating the VSM or any kind of Lean Six Sigma workshop.
Skills
- Added advantages if experienced in conducting any Lean Six Sigma related training titles (TTT certified by HRDF if possible).
- Potential candidate with Six Sigma methodology experiences is highly desired/preferred Able to work independently under minimal supervision.
