- To understand customer's JTBD to ensure the delivery of relevant digital journeys.
- To ensure the digital journeys to be delivered in the timeline manner with superior journey.
- To ensure the delivery of the digital journey would be aligned with overall bank's strategy.
- To ensure the digital journey to answer customer's JTBD.
- To manage the cost of delivery to be within the budget.
- Minimum 8 years working experience.
- Bachelor degree from reputable university.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated, self-driven, able to work under pressure.
- Have strategic thinking, good decision making and problem solving.
- Tech Savvy, have updated view on the technology & customers solutions.
- Discipline, structured and organized in managing the timeline.
