We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead end-to-end HR operations and act as a strategic HR Business Partner. This role covers recruitment, compensation & benefits, employee relations, performance management, HR compliance, and general affairs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and local labor laws. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage all aspects of HR practices and processes, including recruitment, compensation & benefits, employee relations, performance management, and general affairs.

Implement and execute HR strategies, policies, and initiatives in compliance with local labor laws; collaborate closely with HQ.

Prepare and analyze HR reports for management decision-making.

Monitor and manage the local HR budget, ensuring cost efficiency.

Foster a positive work environment and drive employee engagement.

Support business leaders as an HR Business Partner, providing guidance on workforce planning, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.

Handle end-to-end employee lifecycle management and ensure smooth HR operations.

Other duties as assigned by management/HQ in response to changing business needs.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferably HR or Business).

Proven experience as an HR Manager or HRBP in a multinational or joint venture environment.

Excellent communication skills in English (oral & written).

Hands‑on experience with SAP ECP and Talenta HRIS systems.

In‑depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver HR solutions aligned with business goals.

Independent, flexible, and self‑motivated with strong service orientation and business judgment.
