We are currently hiring for the role of Financial & Reporting Analyst. In this role you will be responsible but not limited to:

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial reports and timely submission to Headquarter
• Conduct variance analysis to support management review
• Provide financial data and insights to assist business operations
• Support business teams in monitoring cost, profitability, and other performance indicators
• Support budgeting and rolling forecast process
• Assist in preparing presentations and reports for management and business reviews
• Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and financial procedures
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to collect data and ensure accuracy in financial reporting
• Assist Finance and Accounting team in month‑end and year‑end closing

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting (master's degree is highly preferred)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance and accounting roles (Finance analyst or FP&A analyst is plus)
• Good knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills
• Strong communication skill and ability to work cross‑functionally
• Proficiency in MS Excel, financial software and ERP system
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
