  • Overseeing the restaurant & central kitchen's daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow
  • Developing and implementing operational processes to enhance efficiency
  • Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations
  • Managing inventory, procurement, and cost control effectively
  • Leading and mentoring the kitchen team to achieve performance goals
  • Collaborating with various departments to align kitchen operations with business objectives

  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives within the central kitchen
Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field
