A property development company in Jakarta is seeking a VP Project to manage the full project lifecycle from planning to handover. Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle: planning, design, permitting, construction, and handover.
• Develop project strategies, master schedules, and oversee budget control (CAPEX & OPEX).
• Lead Engineering, Construction, QS, Procurement teams, and external consultants.
• Ensure construction quality meets standards, timelines, and cost targets.
• Oversee compliance with all permits and regulations.
• Conduct vendor/contractor evaluations and manage negotiations and contracts.
• Provide regular reporting to the CEO/Board on progress, risks, and recommendations.

Responsibilities

3. Lead Engineering, Construction, QS, Procurement teams, and external consultants.
4. Ensure construction quality meets standards, timelines, and cost targets.
5. Oversee compliance with all permits and regulations (PBG/IMB, Amdal/UKL-UPL, SLF).
6. Conduct vendor/contractor evaluations and manage negotiations and contracts.
7. Provide regular reporting to the CEO/Board on progress, risks, and recommendations.

• Proven track record managing projects from initiation to handover.
