Job summary

A property development company in Jakarta is seeking a VP Project to manage the full project lifecycle from planning to handover. The ideal candidate will have 7–10 years of experience in high-rise projects, proven leadership skills, and the ability to effectively manage multiple stakeholders.   • Manage the full project lifecycle: planning, design, permitting, construction, and handover.
  • Develop project strategies, master schedules, and oversee budget control (CAPEX & OPEX).
  • Lead Engineering, Construction, QS, Procurement teams, and external consultants.
  • Ensure construction quality meets standards, timelines, and cost targets.
  • Oversee compliance with all permits and regulations.
  • Conduct vendor/contractor evaluations and manage negotiations and contracts.
  • Provide regular reporting to the CEO/Board on progress, risks, and recommendations.

  6. Conduct vendor/contractor evaluations and manage negotiations and contracts.
  7. Provide regular reporting to the CEO/Board on progress, risks, and recommendations.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 7–10 years of experience in apartment or high-rise projects.
  • Proven track record managing projects from initiation to handover.
  • Strong understanding of construction planning, MEP, structural works, and risk management.

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
