The Postpaid Operations role is responsible for supporting operational processes and data management to drive postpaid sales performance and revenue optimization within the assigned region. The incumbent develops, analyzes, and reports postpaid sales performance metrics, supports sales execution, and optimizes revenue streams through strategic insights. They work closely with sales teams to assess customer needs, recommend appropriate postpaid solutions, and enhance customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support direct sales execution and operational processes for postpaid sales within the assigned region.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize postpaid revenue and profitability.
  • Monitor and report postpaid sales performance, tracking KPIs and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Utilize data analytics to forecast sales trends, measure performance, and refine strategies.
  • Manage budget allocations effectively, ensuring cost efficiency and high return on investment.
Qualifications
