Staff‑Postpaid Excellence Execution (Postpaid Operation)
The Postpaid Operations role is responsible for supporting operational processes and data management to drive postpaid sales performance and revenue optimization within the assigned region. The incumbent develops, analyzes, and reports postpaid sales performance metrics, supports sales execution, and optimizes revenue streams through strategic insights. They work closely with sales teams to assess customer needs, recommend appropriate postpaid solutions, and enhance customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Support direct sales execution and operational processes for postpaid sales within the assigned region.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize postpaid revenue and profitability.
- Monitor and report postpaid sales performance, tracking KPIs and identifying areas for improvement.
- Utilize data analytics to forecast sales trends, measure performance, and refine strategies.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Retail Management, or a related field.
- At least 2‑3 years of experience in sales operations, data analytics, or revenue optimization, preferably within telecommunications.
- Proven track record in postpaid sales growth, customer retention management, and revenue optimization strategies.
- Experience in executing sales campaigns, brand positioning, and driving cross‑functional collaboration in a telecommunications environment.
- Strong background in sales performance tracking, postpaid revenue analysis, and operational sales support.
- Experience in forecasting, budget control, and customer insights reporting to optimize sales strategies.
- Strong knowledge of Postpaid Sales Execution, Revenue Growth Strategies, Sales Performance Analytics, and Data‑Driven Decision Making.
- Expertise in Customer Experience Enhancement, Churn Reduction, and Market Expansion for Postpaid Services.
- Sales & Revenue Analysis – Ability to track, analyze, and optimize postpaid sales performance through data insights.
