About the role

As an Assistant Restaurant Manager at PT Petgo Bastian, you will play a vital role in overseeing the smooth and efficient operation of our restaurant located in South Bekasi, West Java. What you'll be doing
  • Assisting the Restaurant Manager in the day‑to‑day management of the restaurant, including staff supervision, inventory control, and customer service.
  • Ensuring excellent customer experiences by monitoring service quality, resolving any customer complaints, and implementing customer service initiatives.
  • Participating in the planning and execution of promotions, events, and other marketing activities to drive revenue and customer engagement.
  • Monitoring and analysing restaurant performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data‑driven decisions.
  • Providing training and development opportunities for the restaurant staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborating with the broader management team to contribute to the overall strategic direction of the business.
