A regional health service provider is seeking an experienced clinician to join their mental health team. This position involves working within a multidisciplinary team to provide assessments and interventions for children with mental health difficulties. Candidates should have a professional registration and relevant qualifications in social work, nursing, or allied health professions. The role emphasizes collaboration and the continuous development of mental health services for young people.
Wirral Child & Young Person Mental Health Service CYPMHS (previously CAMHS) is a therapy-based service which offers support to children and young people with mild to severe mental health difficulties and their families and carers. We work in close alignment with the Local Authority, education and the voluntary sector. Our aim is to ensure that children receive the right support, from the right service at the right time. The successful applicant will be an experienced clinician who will work closely with CYPMHS leads, eating disorder specialists and core CYPMHS team members to provide assessment and intervention within a multidisciplinary team. The successful candidate will be committed to helping develop and drive the CYPMHS Access service forward.
