The Role:
We’re seeking an experienced Account Director to join our team.
Ideally, you will be capable of executing multiple paid social campaigns, leading creative planning, managing budgets, optimizing campaigns, reporting, and handling both small and large media spends.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead paid social planning and buying strategies for key clients across TikTok & Meta
- Build trusted relationships with clients and serve as their main contact
- Develop and implement influencer partnership strategies to drive client growth
- Create innovative TikTok Shop strategies to increase growth and revenue for TikTok Shop clients
- Oversee TikTok Shop campaign execution, ensuring smooth integration of paid, organic, affiliate, and live content
- Guide clients on TikTok Shop best practices, including storefront optimization, shoppable content, and platform features
- Provide creative feedback for client campaigns
- Act as a senior strategic contact and escalation point for clients
- Brief content teams, working with in-house and freelance TikTok creators and influencers
- Recommend and plan budgets for campaigns
- Propose new business opportunities
- Manage and develop a team of Account Managers and Executives
What you’ll bring:
- Expertise in TikTok, with a thorough understanding of the platform
- Proactive relationship-building skills, with willingness to travel for client meetings
- Agency experience with a successful account management track record
- Solid understanding of TikTok Shop, including shoppable content, live streams, and affiliate programs
- Leadership experience
- A passion for paid campaigns
- Experience with TikTok Ads Manager and Meta Business Manager
- Proven success in creating media plans
- Experience working with multiple brands, either in-house or at an agency
- An eye for creative content that converts
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of TikTok Shop Live sessions and support/advice for live production
- Experience managing or advising on TikTok Shop affiliate programs, including commissions, outreach, and performance tracking
