The Business Training & Development team mission is to improve individual and team performance, fostering career growth, and nurturing talent within the company, covering product education, sales enablement, leadership and professional development priorities.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with Market Sales Leaders and Cross-functional Partners (e.g Product, Marketing) to deploy strategic and enabling initiatives
2. Co-design effective programs in sales, leadership and product areas based on the skills opportunity gaps identified
3. Co-deliver impactful workshops that are relevant and increase the confidence and competence of the sales teams
4. Ensure initiatives will provide the sales teams with manager support, resources and tools that they need to drive learning adoption
5. Collaborate with Global BTD teams to share learning experiences and optimize operations
6. Manage planning, communication and milestone measurement for strategic initiatives
7. Own market impact reporting, providing leadership teams at regular cadence
8. Own market training budget, monitoring and ensuring impact

Minimum qualifications:

1. Proven expertise in sales and/or learning and development
2. Background in managing and facilitating effective training programs
3. Experience developing training materials (e.g. presentations, videos, guides, etc.)
4. Experience in sales coaching and exposure to coaching frameworks is a plus
5. Strong presentation and facilitation skills, including experience in virtual training facilitation and engagement techniques

Preferred qualifications:

1. Experience successfully navigating a fast-paced, highly ambiguous start-up environment
2. Senior stakeholder management expertise
3. Deep knowledge of digital advertising landscape
