About the Team
The Monetization Product Partnerships team at TikTok is dedicated to unlocking unprecedented growth via partnerships. This hybrid Business Development/Partner Manager role focuses on expanding partnerships across EMEA with top regional partners. Responsibilities
- Work closely with regional cross-functional teams to understand needs and identify new partnerships that will accelerate advertising revenue growth for EMEA.
- Source and develop new strategic partnerships, ensuring alignment with monetization strategy and advertiser needs, and manage core business relationships from initial contact through integration and long-term growth planning.
- Lead complex integration projects with partners, ensuring mutual realization of collaboration potential.
- Seek and implement opportunities to expand and refine existing solutions to meet the evolving needs of businesses and creators on TikTok.
- Represent TikTok professionally and ethically in all external meetings and negotiations.
- Collaborate on product development with strategic ad tech platforms, ensuring alignment with TikTok-specific challenges and goals.
- Support go-to-market strategies, co-marketing, and commercial activations, including improving value propositions and sales materials tailored to TikTok's context.
- Foster relationships to promote TikTok sales narratives and best practices, empowering partners to advocate and scale TikTok ad solutions.
- Engage in solution-oriented partnerships, focusing on optimizing creative outputs through technological and service-based approaches.
- Facilitate performance-focused partnerships, prioritizing lower-funnel optimization and activation of new performance features.
- Ensure continuous feedback from partners is integrated into TikTok's product development.
- Work closely with partners to understand and leverage optimization and reporting tools based on 1st and 3rd party data.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years in management consulting, channel sales, strategic partnerships, or business development at a tech company. Experience in online commerce and social advertising is a plus.
- Experience working with platforms that drive lower-funnel campaigns, especially catalog-based and dynamic product ad capabilities.
- Understanding of social media and short-form video platforms and their advertising ecosystems.
- Proficiency in managing growth projects in dynamic tech environments.
- Proven ability in complex third-party integrations, especially in relevant sectors.
