A respected insurance organization in the United Kingdom is seeking a claims handler to manage Employers’ Liability and Public Liability claims. Responsibilities
- Handle your own caseload of Employers’ Liability (EL) and Public Liability (PL) claims.
- Investigate liability, assess damages, and make evidence-based decisions.
- Negotiate settlements within delegated authority.
- Maintain constructive relationships with clients, solicitors, and third parties.
- Provide timely responses to enquiries.

- Set and adjust reserves in line with company standards
- Negotiate settlements within delegated authority
- Maintain constructive relationships with clients, solicitors, and third parties
- Provide timely and professional responses to written and phone enquiries
- Support colleagues with general administration when required
- Experience managing EL and PL claims
- Ability to assess liability, coverage, and recovery opportunities
- Knowledge of reserving principles
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication
- Organised approach, with the ability to manage your own caseload
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Salary up to £32,000
