Qualifications

• 5+ years experience of residential property management.
• Expected to be working towards MTPI or other relevant qualification.
• Knowledge of relevant legislation like the Landlord & Tenant Act.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of properties and support the Regional Manager.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation.
• Conduct site inspections and manage the day-to-day operations of properties.
