As a Senior Power BI Developer, you'll play a key role in shaping our data-driven future by designing and delivering scalable, high-impact Power BI solutions that empower stakeholders and enable smarter decision-making. What will I be doing?

• Build robust Power BI dashboards and semantic models for strategic and operational insights.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and deliver ad-hoc analysis that matters.
• Automate reporting pipelines and optimise performance for speed and scalability.
• Own Power BI governance, ensuring assets are reusable, well-documented, and aligned with business needs.
• Collaborate with data engineers and stakeholders to make data accessible and actionable.
• Champion self-service analytics and coach teams on best practices.

• Expert in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, performance optimisation).
• Strong SQL skills (BigQuery or Databricks experience is a plus).
• Experience in data modelling, BI architecture, and automating reporting pipelines.
• Comfortable working in Agile environments with tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Excellent communicator who can bridge technical and non-technical audiences.
