Job summary
A leading estate agency in Gloucester seeks an experienced Financial Services Sales Manager. You will oversee advisor productivity, ensure performance targets are met, and manage key relationships within the organization. Ideal candidates will have strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of financial services, as well as proven experience in a management role. The position offers a competitive salary of up to £50K, OTE up to £75K, plus a car allowance.
