A healthcare provider in Harrogate is seeking a Team Manager to oversee the Intensive Support Team. The role involves managing staff, maintaining high professional standards in patient care, and contributing to the development of the service. The ideal candidate will have experience in operational management and team development within a healthcare environment. The position offers flexible working conditions across various sites.
The Team Manager will provide operational management of the Intensive Support Team, ensuring the highest professional standards and attitudes towards patient care are maintained and delivered at all times in accordance with evidence‑based practice. They will be pivotal in developing this service.

The North Yorkshire and York Intensive Support Team is a newly developed team based at Systems House in York, operating 7 days a week with enhanced hours across the week. Working hours are flexible within the service; candidates can be based at any of our North Yorkshire, York or Selby sites with a minimum of two days a week in York (negotiable).
