Job summary

At least 3 years PQE direct employment within English Local Authorities.
Team Manager experience required.

About the role:

This post is to work with the Children Looked After Team on a temporary basis.

An experienced Team Manager in children's safeguarding is required with experience of working with and supporting children in care.

You will be required to support a team of social workers to provide an excellent standard of social work practice to our children we are responsible for.
You will have experience of supervision, performance management, auditing and supporting improvement and change management.
