Job summary

Team Manager – Looked After Children

About the role:

This post is to work with the Children Looked After Team on a temporary basis.

An experienced Team Manager in children's safeguarding is required with experience of working with and supporting children in care.

  • You will be required to support a team of social workers to provide an excellent standard of social work practice to our children we are responsible for.
  • You will have experience of supervision, performance management, auditing and supporting improvement and change management.
