A Leading Health Service Provider in the United Kingdom is looking for a passionate Team Manager to join their Talking Therapies service. The successful candidate will oversee team operations and provide leadership across localities. Responsibilities include collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and developing efficient, patient-centered care. We are seeking to recruit a dedicated and enthusiastic Team Manager to join our leadership team within the Talking Therapies service. The successful candidate will be responsible for the operational management of one of the teams in the service, and will provide leadership cover across localities if needed. We cover the whole district with three main bases in Bradford, Shipley and Keighley.
They will work within a friendly and well-established multidisciplinary team and’ll collaborate with colleagues. The post holder will assist the Service Manager and Clinical Manager, and take line management, clinical and professional development responsibilities for the team.
The post holder will have operational management and mental health experience. Knowledge of Talking Therapies services is useful but not essential.
The Talking Therapies Service has a strong focus on Staff Wellbeing. We have loads of CPD opportunities and constantly develop, with opportunities for staff to get involved and lead on service changes.
Leadership in Talking Therapies is a really exciting place to be. We are constantly adapting and changing, and we have lots of opportunities to expand and do marketing and promotion work alongside day‑to‑day management.
The post will have managerial and supervisory responsibility for the Talking Therapies Team, assist the Service Manager and Clinical Manager, and take line management, clinical and professional development responsibilities for the team.
The post holder will work closely with relevant organisations and develop and maintain working relationships in their locality with GPs, secondary and tertiary teams and voluntary sector organisations.
Alongside the other team managers, the post holder will continually develop the service and ensure delivery of an integrated locality service that is flexible, user‑centred and complementary to other elements of the wider health provision.
