• Manage one of five social work teams, focusing on Safeguarding & Support work.
• Provide high-quality supervision and case direction to improve outcomes for children.
• Work effectively as part of a service management team to embed good practice.
• Focus on relationship-based and restorative practice.
• Manage staff and budgets while implementing service and quality improvement methods.
• Collaborate with the Council\'s Legal Team to complete Court applications.
• Ensure court timescales are met with the support of Case Progression Officers.
• Participate in regular supervision sessions with a Service Manager.

• Qualified with a Degree in Social Work or equivalent.
• Significant post-qualification social work experience.
• Evidence of Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
• Registered with Social Work England.
• Proven record of effective service delivery.
• Strong communication and decision-making skills.
• Organized and able to work collaboratively within a team.
• Committed to improving outcomes for children and families.
