Job summary

A recruitment agency is seeking an experienced Qualified Social Worker to fill the role of Adult Team Manager in a Mental Health Team located in Oldham. This full-time contract position offers a pay rate of up to £40 per hour. The successful candidate will manage day-to-day operations, providing support to a team of 8 Social Workers who work with individuals facing complex mental health challenges. Candidates with prior AMHP experience are preferred.

• Registered Social Worker with appropriate qualifications.
• Strong communication and team support capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Mental Health Team.
• Support and guide a team of 8 Social Workers.

Contract role

We are recruiting for an experienced Social Worker to work as Team manager in a Mental Health Team in Oldham.

Full time manager to work in a Mental Health Team with SW's and CSW's. Experience in MH is essential. AMHP experience is preferred.

Role will be to manage the team on a day-to-day basis & support a team of 8 SW's to undertake work with people with longstanding & complex MH Needs.
