What you'll be doing

  • As a senior team member, use deep data to drive the commercial success of the marketing function contributing towards driving customer acquisition, retention, brand awareness and overall business growth across all areas.
  • The role holder will bring knowledge and expertise to lead the measurement, analysis and optimisation of marketing activities by developing and implementing robust models, mining data and undertaking deep analytics to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, channels and strategies.
  • Leading the analysis of all marketing performance data across all channels (digital, offline, paid, owned and earned) to assess campaign effectiveness, customer engagement, test and learn and overall marketing ROI.
  • Driving the Marketing analytics the role will be key in creating a more commercially minded function where data sits at the heart of decision making across activity and opportunities
  • Working with other team members and key stakeholders the role will play an important part in building confidence in Marketing performance and help support on budget and forecast planning

About You

What you'll bring to the team

  • Significant experience in marketing performance analysis, data analytics or related roles.
  • Hands-on and expert knowledge of digital measurement and tagging procedures and tools with particular focus on GA4 and GTM is essential.
  • Direct knowledge and experience of apps and developing measurement and performance models using native and external tools (eg: App stores, AppsFlyer etc) is required.
  • Expert user and knowledge of data processing, visualisation and insights tools such as Excel, Google Analytics, Data Studio, Power BI etc, SQL is preferable.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders

Working hours

This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. We offer a hybrid work model requiring a minimum of 2 days per week in our office in Solihull on specific days.
