We’ve grown over 2,000% YoY, and are seeking a hands-on B2B SaaS Marketing Manager to lead our growth. This role involves strategy, content creation, landing page development, campaign launching, and execution.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Create and launch campaigns to drive trial signups and paid conversions
• Manage content, email, and paid channels from ideation to implementation
• Write marketing copy, emails, landing pages, and retargeting ads that convert
• Own our marketing calendar — launches, campaigns, content distribution
• Build and optimise onboarding and retention email flows
• Repurpose founder video content across platforms like YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn, email
• Track performance and scale successful strategies

Who This Role Is For

• 3+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, preferably in early-stage or fast-growth startups
• Experience in product-led growth, user acquisition, and retention
• Hands-on with tools like Webflow, Hubspot/GHL, Google Ads, Meta Ads, email tools, etc.
• You write your own copy, build workflows, and are resourceful
• Understand CAC, LTV, funnel metrics and how to improve them
• Knowledge of our audience: agencies, coaches, online service providers
• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently
