Marketing Manager – B2B SaaS (Remote)

Location: Remote (UK / EU preferred)

Type: Full-Time

Salary: £30,000–£35,000 + Uncapped Bonus Potential

We’ve grown over 2,000% YoY, and we’re now looking for a hands-on B2B SaaS Marketing Manager to lead our growth — someone who’s strategic, hands-on, and execution-oriented, capable of writing copy, building landing pages, launching campaigns, and getting things done.

What You’ll Be Doing

1. Create and launch campaigns to drive trial signups and paid conversions
2. Manage content, email, and paid channels — from ideation to implementation
3. Write marketing copy, emails, landing pages, and retargeting ads that convert
4. Own our marketing calendar — launches, campaigns, content distribution
5. Build and optimise onboarding and retention email flows
6. Repurpose founder video content across YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn, email
7. Track performance and scale successful strategies

Who This Role Is For

• 3+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, ideally in early-stage or fast-growth startups
• Deep experience in product-led growth, user acquisition, and retention
• Hands-on with tools like Webflow, Hubspot/GHL, Google Ads, Meta Ads, email tools, etc.
• You write your own copy, build workflows, and are proactive
• Understanding of CAC, LTV, funnel metrics — and how to improve them
• Strong understanding of our audience: agencies, coaches, and online service providers
• Self-motivated, fast-moving, highly organised — able to work independently
