    HOKA Assistant Marketing Activations Manager, UK&I – London

    The Role:

    We are looking for a dynamic and strategic thinking Assistant Marketing Activations Manager to support and manage the development and execution of HOKA brand and product campaigns in the UK&I market.

    This role is essential in driving brand awareness, engagement, and community activation, ensuring alignment with our global/EMEA marketing strategy while tailoring initiatives to local markets & defined Key City needs.

    Your Impact:

    Campaign Strategy & Execution

    • Execute strategic brand and product campaigns tailored to the UK&I market
    • Support the full campaign lifecycle, from conceptualization to managing the execution and performance analysis.
    • Add local nuance, understanding of local culture and knowledge of the UK&I Lifestyle & Running landscape to local Go-To-Market plans.
    • Execution of Key City Amplification Plans within the HOKA Flywheel ecosystem.
    • Support the campaign briefing and reporting process, collaborating with internal teams to drive execution.

    Community Engagement

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with local communities, including run clubs, key partnerships, and influential business partners to enhance brand presence.
    • Drive engagement plans that connect the brand with grassroots running communities and industry stakeholders in defined Key & Secondary Cities.
    • Identify and leverage local brand ambassadors and influencers to amplify campaign reach.
    • Manage HOKA Run Club at the London Retail store, in coordination with the Retail and HRC team.

    Cross-Functional Collaboration

    • Work closely with EMEA cross-functional teams (Brand, Media, Retail, PR, Social, SpoMA, Athletes, Trade) to ensure campaigns are effectively integrated across channels.
    • Increase EMEA/Local collaboration to ensure brand consistency in local marketing executions.

    Performance & Budget Management

    • Measure campaign KPIs and track performance to measure effectiveness.
    • Support and manage in parts the UK&I Brand Marketing Budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and ROI-driven marketing execution.
    • Present campaign plans and results to internal and external stakeholders.
