We’ve grown over 2,000% YoY, and we’re now looking for a hands-on B2B SaaS Marketing Manager to lead our growth — someone who’s not just strategic but lives in the tools, writes copy, builds landing pages, launches campaigns, and gets things done.

What You’ll Be Doing
  1. Create and launch campaigns to drive trial signups and paid conversions
  2. Manage content, email, and paid channels — from ideation to implementation
  3. Write marketing copy, emails, landing pages, and retargeting ads that convert
  4. Own our marketing calendar — launches, campaigns, content distribution
  5. Build and optimize onboarding and retention email flows
  6. Repurpose founder video content across YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn, email
  7. Track what’s working — then double down and scale it
Who This Role Is For
  1. 3+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, ideally in early-stage or fast-growth startups
  2. Deep experience in product-led growth, user acquisition, and retention
  3. Hands-on with tools like Webflow, Hubspot/GHL, Google Ads, Meta Ads, email tools, etc.
  4. You write your own copy, build workflows, and know how to get scrappy
  5. Fluent in CAC, LTV, funnel metrics — and know how to improve them
  6. Strong understanding of our audience: agencies, coaches, and online service providers
  7. Self-motivated, fast-moving, and highly organized — you don’t need babysitting
