What will I be doing?
As a HR Business Partner (HRBP), you will be responsible for connecting the company's human resources (HR) strategies with the overall business goals. This role involves advising managers and leaders on managing employees effectively, improving workplace culture, and supporting company growth. HRBPs handle tasks such as hiring, employee development, performance reviews, and workplace issues, ensuring HR policies are legal, fair, and aligned with business needs.
