This is a 6 month Fixed-Term Contract

Right now, we are looking for a HR Business Partner to play a pivotal role in our Human Resources department in London.

What will I be doing?

As a HR Business Partner (HRBP), you will be responsible for connecting the company's human resources (HR) strategies with the overall business goals. This role involves advising managers and leaders on managing employees effectively, improving workplace culture, and supporting company growth. HRBPs handle tasks such as hiring, employee development, performance reviews, and workplace issues, ensuring HR policies are legal, fair, and aligned with business needs.

What do I need to bring?

You should demonstrate the core skills required for this role and align with our values and mission. Experience in the areas we support is valuable, and willingness to learn is essential. Please mention relevant lived experience in your application.

Our team will look for candidates with:

  1. Experience as an HR Business Partner in a fast-paced, change-oriented environment, including experience with business change and TUPE.
  2. At least 5-7 years of HR Business Partnering or HR Manager experience.
  3. Full CIPD qualification, ideally Level 7.
  4. Proven ability to build relationships with stakeholders, enabling debate and discussion.
  5. Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and knowledge of employment law.
  6. Experience with TUPE, restructuring, change management, and redundancy processes is desirable.

  1. Shortlisting call: A recruitment specialist will discuss your experience, motivations, and values, and tell you about our work.
  2. Face-to-face interview: Conducted with the hiring manager, focusing on values and competencies.
