- Over 6 years' experience in both in-house and agency recruitment settings, demonstrating agility, stakeholder management, and the ability to drive results in fast-paced environments.
- This is a standalone role requiring a hands-on and proactive approach - someone confident managing the full recruitment lifecycle independently.
- Skilled in sourcing hard-to-find talent across a range of functions and seniorities, particularly in competitive or niche markets.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities, engaging with hiring managers across different time zones, and building strong internal relationships.
