Job summary

A leading charity for children in the UK is seeking a People Partner to work with management teams and foster an inclusive workplace. You will provide HR coaching, manage employee relations, and drive initiatives supporting diversity and inclusion efforts. The role is part-time (3 days a week) with an attractive salary package of £55,000 - £60,000 pro-rated. You will work both remotely and in-office, contributing to a positive organizational culture and operational efficiency.
