Your role as a Talent Manager will be key in amplifying our clients’ messages. We are looking for a confident, highly motivated individual with an entrepreneurial mindset. You should be able to build upon current relationships with clients and partners, whilst also securing new opportunities through diverse income streams. The Role:

• Working closely with the CEO Bev James and our Head of Talent to support the roster of talent and generate opportunities.
• Building strong relationships with clients and external partners including speaker agencies, advertising agencies, licensing and publishing partners.
• Ensuring a consistent pipeline of bookings and partnerships for each client.
• Formulating strategies and building additional revenue streams for each client.
• Planning and creating TV, brand, book and licensing pitches.
• Identifying and signing both key and emerging talent.
• Leading on fee negotiation, contracts, invoicing and payments for commercial deals.
• Liaising with talent and coordinating diary and travel arrangements.
• Attending engagements with clients when necessary (this may be outside of normal working hours).
• Working collaboratively with a supportive team to manage and ensure a ‘joined up’, efficient operation.
• Being flexible within the needs of the business and being available to work on special projects when necessary.

The Right Person:

• Previous professional working experience within talent management, or in a client-facing or account management role within PR, brand partnerships, publishing or the entertainment industry.
• A good network of key contacts across the industry including broadcasting, media, brands and PR.
• Self-motivated and proactive self-starter who can lead and work on projects independently, as well as being a strong team player.
• Ability and willingness to showcase our talents’ skills, experience and profile to bring in new opportunities both in person, by phone and via e-mail.
• Good experience in reading and negotiating contracts.
• High-quality written skills, which include strong spelling, grammar and attention to detail.
• Multi-tasker with strong work ethic and an excellent timekeeper.
• A natural rapport builder, with a friendly demeanour and exceptional people skills, must be discrete with confidential information.
• An ideas generator who can explore new avenues and opportunities, who ensures they stay on top of industry developments and trends.
• (Please note talent management experience from a HR/Recruitment background alone would not be sufficient for this role.)

Location/Hours: 37.5 hours Monday – Friday working in our Chiswick London office (nr Turnham Green Tube Station), with the option to work from home on Fridays.
