Your Role

Our Finance & CFO Advisory practice is looking for experienced Finance Transformation Senior Consultants, Managers, and Senior Managers to join the team.

As part of our Corporate Experience practice, the Finance & CFO Advisory capability combines accounting, consulting, and industry experience to focus on our clients' most strategic finance priorities. We act as strategic advisors to the Office of the CFO and a critical friend to their wider finance leadership team.

In this role, you will play a key part in:

1. Contributing to strategic advice and thought leadership on a wide range of finance topics, emphasizing value realization and performance optimization.
2. Leading workstreams in finance & CFO engagements or smaller end-to-end projects, including transformation, operating model & organization design, process improvement, technology implementation, and strategic advisory.
3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions addressing complex finance and business needs.
4. Building relationships with client stakeholders, understanding their needs, and aligning solutions with their objectives and industry best practices.
5. Contributing to the growth of the finance & CFO advisory capability through thought leadership, internal collaboration, and innovative offerings.

You will also have opportunities to contribute to business growth and your personal development through activities in:

• Business Development: Leading or contributing to proposals, RFPs, bids, client pitches, and hosting events.
• Internal Contribution: Campaigns, whitepapers, practice development, and team activities.
• Learning & Development: Training, certifications, and career development initiatives.

Your Profile

You should have experience in:

• Business transformation and project management lifecycle, including benchmarking, maturity assessments, business case development, and operating model design.
• Designing optimized finance processes like R2R, O2C, P2P, A2R, FP&A, Tax & Treasury.
• Technologies such as GenAI, RPA, Analytics, and market trends like Shared Services, GBS, ERP/Digital Core.
• Engagement management and leading multidisciplinary teams or workstreams.
• Experience in consulting firms or industry with a consulting background, and success in a matrixed organization.
• Proposition building and delivery.

For Manager and Senior Manager roles, business development experience is essential, with a target of generating or contributing to approximately £1m in consulting revenues.

Required certifications: Fully or part-qualified Chartered Accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ICAEW/ICAS) or equivalent.
