Job Title: Business Consultant (Student Management Product)

Job Type: Permanent

Salary: up to £85,000 D.O.E

Exciting opportunities with a leading SaaS provider that are expanding their Consultancy function due to continued periods of growth and change. My client is looking for a number of client-centric Consultants (various levels) to assist in the delivery of their Student Management product offering to customers within the UK Education sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform E2E consulting services to customers including: Application Administration, Change and Configuration, Enhancements (including design and development)
Analyse customer requirements and manage expectations throughout the implementation process
Maintain capabilities through trends and new technologies, driving innovation and developing ideas for discussion and implementation
Work with various teams to provide input into the configuration and management of product and solution implementations
Proactively communicate any issues that may impact delivery on customer expectations
Experience implementing Student Management Systems
Enterprise System delivery experience
A background with ERP systems, or similar complex software products
