£40,000 - £50,000

Monday-Friday 9:00 am till 5:00 pm (Flexible start/end times considered)

2 days per week optional working from home, 3 days in the office

We are recruiting on behalf of an innovative, fast-growing Bradford-based company specializing in pre-planned maintenance and reactive 24/7 emergency services. The business values talented staff, staff wellbeing, and environmental responsibility, setting them apart in the facilities sector.

The company is looking to add a Facilities & Client Account Manager to support business development.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and contract performance.
• Lead cross-functional improvement initiatives aligned with business goals.
• Manage staff resourcing, recruitment, professional development, promotions, and disciplinary matters.
• Enhance core KPIs, aligning with overall company performance.
• Promote training and optimize operational systems for outstanding service and financial targets.
• Oversee profit and loss for site locations, focusing on budgeting and cost efficiencies.

• Proactive, self-starting attitude with accountability and leadership skills.
• Alignment with company values: innovative thinking, respect, motivation.
• Operations management experience is desirable but not essential.

• Salary of £40,000-£50,000 pa
• 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
