Adecco are currently recruiting for a Network and Wireless Account Manager for their clients team based in Wantage!

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage, retain, and expand an existing base of reseller and MSP accounts.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for new business development within your assigned territory.
  • Gain a clear understanding of partner requirements and recommend appropriate solutions from the company's vendor portfolio.
  • Collaborate with pre‑sales and technical support teams to deliver complete, end‑to‑end solutions.
  • Develop strong working relationships with vendor partners as well as internal departments.
  • Accurately update and maintain customer information within the CRM system, producing regular forecasts and sales reports.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales objectives.
  • Stay up to date with products, technologies, and market developments through ongoing vendor training.
  • Represent the business at partner meetings, webinars, and industry or vendor events when required.
Knowledge & Skills
  • Demonstrable experience in B2B sales or account management, ideally within an IT or technology‑focused environment.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels.
  • Confident managing multiple accounts, priorities, and opportunities simultaneously.
  • Comfortable using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, NetSuite, or HubSpot.
  • Self‑driven, motivated, and focused on achieving targets.
