1:1 Managing Partner EA

A trailblazing US law firm with a renowned London presence, is seeking to hire a high-calibre EA to support the London Managing Partner on a 1:1 basis.

1:1 Managing Partner EA Key Responsibilities:

• Extensive diary management, including handling international travel arrangements, and personal itinerary planning
• Prepare and edit a range of correspondence, documents, presentations, and reports
• Maintain the partner’s confidential files and records
• Prepare engagement letters, conflict checks, and new matter documents
• Draft, revise, format, and finalise legal documents
• Proofread and correct inconsistencies in legal materials
• Assist with billing processes, including drafting timesheets
• Work closely with junior secretary supporting the team, delegating administrative and calendaring tasks as appropriate
• Assist with personal tasks, including appointment scheduling, administration, and family matters

1:1 Managing Partner EA Key Skills & Requirements:

• Extensive experience supporting Senior Partners/Board Level on a 1:1 basis within a law firm
• Graduate-level education advantageous
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills
