Job Description
Key Responsibilities;
- Manage the CEO's diary, scheduling meetings and appointments with precision.
- Prepare and review correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of the CEO.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including itineraries and accommodation bookings.
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Organise and manage key business events and executive meetings.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for the CEO's office.
- Support the CEO in ad-hoc projects and initiatives as required.
The Successful Applicant
A successful EA should have:
- Proven experience in a senior-level executive assistant or similar role.
- A strong understanding of the insurance industry or comparable professional environments.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage confidential information responsibly.
