Robotic Process Automation Developer and Support Specialist

We are looking for an RPA Developer and Support Specialist to be part of a busy team in our Castleford Business Centre. This is a temporary role for 12 months.

The role involves working with business support functions and existing teams to build and maintain RPAs for the business.

Daily responsibilities include:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using existing tools
• Monitor and maintain RPA workflows to ensure reliability, scalability, and performance
• Automate workflows involving reading, editing, and submitting forms in third-party web applications
• Troubleshoot and resolve automation issues, providing program support
• Document RPA solutions, including workflows, API endpoints used, and operational procedures

We seek someone with previous experience in a similar role. Key skills include:

• Proven experience with at least one leading RPA platform
• Understanding of APIs and experience integrating RPA with web services
• Proficiency with programming languages (PHP)
• Knowledge of SQL and experience with database integration
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for deploying and managing RPA solutions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good time management and organizational skills
