Our client is seeking an IT Support Engineer to join a collaborative IT team. You'll support a Microsoft-heavy environment while also gaining exposure to projects and future leadership opportunities.
- Provide 1st/2nd line support across M365, Entra ID, and Intune.
- Provision laptops, mobiles (mainly Android), and other devices.
- Troubleshoot basic networking issues (DNS, patching switches).
- Deliver and collaborate on future projects
- Share responsibility for IT operations
- Log and resolve incidents within SLA using a ticketing system.
- Strong IT support background. (Approx 2 Years)
- Solid experience with M365, Entra ID, Intune. Azure, Active Directory
- Basic networking skills (DNS, patching switches, troubleshooting).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Broad scope: support + projects, not just BAU.
