Job summary

A thriving technology firm in Kingston upon Thames is seeking an IT Support Engineer to provide 1st and 2nd line support to internal users. Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Service Desk Analyst or IT Support Engineer.
  • Strong incident resolution and service request fulfilment skills.
  • ITIL Foundation accreditation is a bonus.

Responsibilities

  • Investigate, diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve issues for users.
  • Provide 1st and 2nd line support across various systems.
  • Complete ad hoc project work such as device builds and IT onboarding.
