Job summary
A technology services company in the UK is looking for Entry Level IT Field Engineers. This part-time role offers comprehensive training for candidates eager to start a career in IT. Your responsibilities will include attending customer sites, resolving IT equipment issues, and collaborating with the IT support desk. You must have a valid driving licence and a flexible approach to traveling. Ex-Military candidates are desirable. This position provides opportunities for career progression.
Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Attend customer sites to install and resolve IT equipment.
- Work closely with the IT support desk to provide feedback.
- Liaise with account managers and update customers on issues.

We are currently recruiting I.T Field Engineers to work at various sites around Stirling. No experience is necessary as comprehensive training will be provided.
- Regardless of experience, the most important element to any candidate is a genuine passion for I.T & a willingness to learn new skills.
- The role of an IT field engineer is field based and will often require you to travel to various sites, so it is imperative you have a valid driving licence, have your own vehicle and have a flexible approach towards traveling to a variety of locations.
- Practical skills such as DIY experience would be highly beneficial
- Ex- Military- Desirable
- Attending customer sites to install/ resolve IT equipment
- Working closely with the IT support desk to feedback on support calls and ongoing issues
- Liaising with account managers and updating customers with the progress and resolution of issues
