The role requires flexibility to work in custody suites across the region, with round‑the‑clock coverage. No previous forensic experience is required as full training will be provided.
- Salary £20,500 per year
- £500 bonus when completed 12 months service
- Part‑time: fixed shift working 06:45‑19:00 day shifts and 18:45‑07:00 night shifts, team rota pattern 2‑day shifts on, 8 days, 2 nights, 4 days off
- Rolling rota available 2 years in advance
- Average estimated overtime £3,500 per annum
- NMC/HCPC registration paid
- RN, RGN or (RMN with dual registration): 2 years post qualification, Band 5 minimum
- Paramedic: 2 years post qualification
- Minimum 2 years post qualification experience in a patient‑facing role within a relevant field: General Practice, A & E, Emergency Medicine, Acute Medicine, Walk‑In Centres, Substance Misuse Services, Prison Healthcare, or Ambulance Service
- Driving licence (required)
- Right to work in UK, lived in UK, British passport or ILR for 3 years and no gaps out of country >3 months
- All candidates will be subject to Police Vetting
