• Using your expertise in exceptional consumer service and product knowledge to deliver a premium brand experience to our consumers.
• Assisting our retail leads and floor managers (Coaches) in training new employees.
• Supporting various store departments (operate cash register, manage incoming and outgoing goods, refill products on the shopfloor, build visual displays) and recommending appropriate products to reach sales targets.
• Using your knowledge of digital devices to create a bond between online and offline sales or services in the store.
• Informing consumers and new teammates about NIKE products and services.
• Improving your own knowledge via our tools and training courses to stay up to date and to seek insights on sales trends, NIKE products, services, and culture.

• Customer service and/or retail experience preferred.
• Effective communicator, brand ambassador, and collaborative teammate.
• Demonstrated ability to apply product sales techniques.
• Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, which may include day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays, based on department and store/company needs.

• Available between 7am - 7pm.
• Part-time (8) HOURS PER WEEK.
• 2 full days availability.
• Must include two out of the three: Friday, Saturday, Sunday.
